Philosophical Considerations
A great deal of the psychological approaches in education also include a background or aspects of particular philosophical beliefs. In order to fully understand the psychological learning theories upon which we have elaborated, we much also consider a handful of applicable philosophies that have shaped the development of Behaviorism, Cognitivism, and Constructivism. The following are seven such philosophies along with general descriptors and associated psychological educational learning theories.
